What causes acne and other skin problems?Acne as a sign of altered organs and illnesses

Updated: Feb 8, 2019

The skin revels the intoxication of the body through different signs and alterations. Psoriasis, allergies and acne-What is causing it ?

Symptoms range from uninflamed blackheads to pus-filled pimples or large, red, and tender bumps.

The skin is usually believed to be a natural defense barrier of our internal organism only. In reality it is in charge of many natural processes itself. The body is all connected and one affected organ can influence or affect the functioning of another. The skin changes due to internal failure or illness, it gives us information that something is not right inside of us. It is not enough to apply ointments or creams to threat a case of acne.

Psoriasis, eczema, acne, vitiligio acne or allergies are signs telling us that the liver, the lung, the kidneys, the colon or any other organ are not functioning correctly. The body has synchronized process of elimination such as urine, defecation and sweating which are notmal The skin takes the different way to manifest itself... so, all dermatological treatment must be accompanied by identification of the altered organ and treat it jointly. Spa treatments such as facial treatments is a great way to help the skin detoxifying itself.

A more holistic view of these conditions is to see how the disease is treated "inside out" by forcing these organs to clean impurities that can be a target in our system.

High Saturated Fat Foods! Alien chemicals and overload of hormones in the food is consider to be the main reason of alterations in the skin due to intoxication.

Fried Carbohydrates Double the Risk of Alterations in the Skin.

It is easy to remember: Greasy and process food. Saturated fat foods are not processes correctly by our liver which causes it to overload. This intoxication affects directly the skin making it bloated and irritable, as a result, acne! Fried food is amazingly bad for our digestive system, therefore for our skin. Try to avoid it!

Read about the Liver in our blog

I recommend eating healthy fats such as nuts and avocados. This will make your organs work correctly and process toxins and fats. Also eating high fiber food is an effective way to avoid acne. High Fiber foods are usually fruits or whole grains such as oatmeal. Fiber serves as a "groom" in the digestive system supporting detoxification natural processes.

First, try detoxifying your system with fruits, vegetables and juices for better results when you try SPA and aesthetic procedures. Facial Treatments help your skin get rid of dead cells, heal irritations and fade scars.

Facial Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a complement treatment for facials and other skin rejuvenation treatments. It is a non-invasive procedure that removes dead cells from the first layer of the skin. It exfoliates, soothes and brightens the skin removing toxins and grease. Therefore, making a detox process easier and more effective.

The procedure stimulates blood flow in the face which stimulates collagen and nutrient absorption. It gives elasticity to the skin and makes it healthier. This procedure also works to diminish scar appearance. In Van Uden Center we have a facial treatment made 100% with natural products and it is complemented with a microdermabrasion.

96% of our customers said they saw a significant improvement in the acne appearance.

87% of our customers reduce their allergic reaction compared to chemical peelings and facials.

71% of our customers said they will recommend this procedure together with a Colon Hydrotherapy for long term results.
