Why do We Get Sick? Effects of stress in our health.

The human being is an Integral BeingBody, Mind and Spirit” and as such we must approach it. There are many reason that influence our health, but-What is the main reason why we get sick?


When it comes to understand the body we must know that the food that we choose to eat is full of alien ingredients there are toxins which make us sick. Is not a secret that out diet and lifestyle influence directly our health. Toxins are a major reason why people get sick, but is not the leading cause of illnesses, so which is the main reason why we get sick?

STRESS!



TOXINS

Some toxins definitely come from what we eat, foods such as animal fats, excess salt, sugar and refined flours, junk food, sauces, mayonnaise, sausages, soda, white bread, cow’s milk and its derivatives, meat beef and pork, and in general all industrialized foods with a high content of artificial preservatives, aniline, food color and flavorings make us sick. In addition to environmental pollution, alcohol and tobacco use are risk factors that accumulate toxins in the body and cause disease.

You do not have to do it alone, there is people that want to be part of a healthy living and will be there for you. So speak out! If you do not feel comfortable with close ones it is a great idea to think about doing therapy. The mental health is a taboo because psychiatrist and physiologist are believe to be for "cray people" but there are professional that can help you with your mental health and this does not mean that you are crazy or have a serious mental illness. If it is the case you will feel safe and relieved.


Go easy on yourself! Do not demand more out of your body and mind that it can actually give. You need to know your limits and honor them in order to maintain a healthy mind and a positive mindset. Do not overthink your problems, instead invest time working on the thing you love or finishing errands you have left undone.
